The early stages of a project

The waves roll, the sun rises, the sea sparkles. A mermaid follows a pirate ship. A boy spies the mermaid, she jumps up and gives him a kiss. She swims away singing.

Recorded August 2018.

I learned this song from my daughter's preschool teacher who learned it from a fellow teacher, Jane Parker. Researching the song has led me to believe that Mrs. Parker wrote it. I thought it so lovely I decided to record a version. With Harp, Piano and Voice.
